What people talk to me about

"Will I have enough when I stop working?"

"Is my money working as hard as I am?"

"How do I protect what I've built?"

Retirement can feel far away until it isn't. We look at where you are today and what it takes to get where you want to be.

Savings sitting still lose value over time. We talk about how to put them to work in a way that suits you.

For families and business owners thinking about the next generation.

"How should our reserves be invested?" For insurers, pension schemes and banks across the Caribbean.
If any of these sound familiar, I'm always happy to talk.

About Simona

29 years. 5 islands. 1 world market

I've spent 29 years running wealth businesses across Barbados, Jamaica, Cayman, Bermuda and the BVI. Along the way I've been CEO of NCB Capital Markets in Barbados, President and CEO of PROVEN Wealth across five jurisdictions, and a Director of the Barbados Stock Exchange since 2020. Now I sit across the table from individuals and institutions and explain simply how the wider world affects their money, and what to do about it. Travel is part of how I learn. Every city teaches me something about money that I bring back home.

Our dollar is tied to the US dollar. Lesson: keep one eye on Washington, even when your money is at home.

Home. Where I studied finance and learned that "one one cocoa" full basket.

The world's money passes through here. Lesson: know where your money sits and why.

Next door to global reinsurance. Lesson: plan for the storm before the clouds.

After Irma and Maria. Lesson: cash on hand is peace of mind.
